The Printed Wrap Dress comes in sunny yellow, which is on trend at the moment. Wrap dresses are hugely flattering for bigger boobs, so this dress really does create amazing cleavage. It is suitable for work, worn with a fitted jacket and heels, or a day out with the girls, accessorising with a cardi and a pair of wedges.
Everyone needs a maxi dress in their wardrobe, they are great for a holiday to make you feel a bit dressed up after a day in your beachwear, or for a wedding or day at the races. The Floral Print Maxi Dress is a beautiful, feminine and floaty maxi, it has a large, vibrant floral and is fully lined.
The Bandeau Strappy Top in fitted jersey, is a must have for every summer wardrobe, it comes in black, cobalt blue, lemon, orange and white, you can wear it as a bandeau, or with the strap as a halterneck, it has a integrated bra, so you can go braless too. This top is extremely versatile, you could wear it with wide palazzo pants, cropped tapered chinos, a fifties full skirt, or a great pair of shorts; which brings us nicely to the Button Front Short, they come in navy and white and look great with a vest, or a little cotton shirt and waistcoat for that smarter look.
Finally to finish off your summer looks, you need something fabulous on your arm, so check out the Canvas Shopper Bag, this bag is an excellent wardrobe staple and will look great with any of the above outfits.

So Bravissimo are here to help, we have lined up some copycat beachwear at a much more sensible price. These items are sure to stand up against Mrs Rooney’s for style and quality and they will also flatter and support our bigger boobs.
The bikini that Coleen wore on day three of her holiday, looks like it could be by the famous designer Emilio Pucci, the Mystere Plunge Bikini Top by Freya and matching tie briefs, (you can also buy the bikini shorts if you want more coverage) have that Pucci feel, with the vibrant paisley print. This bikini has had great reviews with our Bravissimo ladies, as it offers fantastic uplift and is incredibly flattering. She also wore a black bikini with gold detail on day two, by an American swimwear label, a favourite with celebrities, for a similar bikini try Bravissimo’s Anna Bikini Top by Panache, it’s the popular Geneva shape, with a new matt finish and is underwired, it also comes with three different styles of matching bikini bottoms.
Coleen also loved to wear a Kaftan or two while she was in Barbados. Kaftans are a really chic way to cover up and, they no longer look like they should belong in the seventies. For a really glam Kaftan, try the Beaded Kaftan by Bravissimo, it comes in a gorgeous coral colour, is made of cotton so it will keep you cool and, is decorated with coral colour gems and gold beading, just perfect!

Are you partial to a bright floral print? The Flamingo Halter Bikini by Freya, really stands out among the crowds, it’s a red & yellow floral print with black & white dotty frill, and ties on the bikini bottoms that contrast well. It is halterneck in style, which allows you to alter the amount of uplift you create and it gives fantastic cleavage. It is definitely a bikini to salsa in, as the sun sets on the beach.
If prints are not your thing, Bravissimo have plenty of plain coloured bikinis. New in recently is the gorgeous Siesta Bikini by Bravissimo in fabulous ultra violet. This is an underwired plunge bikini, with fully adjustable straps, and will give you great shape. You also have the option of the fold brief, which is a fuller brief (one side tie), or the tie brief (two side ties). You could even buy the Sunkissed Bikini by Bravissimo in coral, which is a similar bikini. Try a bit of colour blocking, by swapping around the bikini tops and bottoms and you have four different colour combinations from two bikinis, can’t be bad!
Finally, if you like to take a walk on the wild side, try the Electric Zebra Bikini by Miss Mandalay, this bikini has more than a whiff of Ibiza about it, with its dip dyed zebra print. It is underwired and halterneck, again creating an enviable cleavage. There is also a choice of matching bikini or tie-side bottoms.
So whatever your perfect holiday is, whether that is island hopping on a budget in Greece or pushing the boat out in St Tropez, you will be sure to find the perfect bikini at Bravissimo.

Great Britain tends to come alive when the weather is good. Previously grey rainy towns take on a different personality when the sun has got his hat on. Cities have that Mediterranean feel, with al fresco dining and green spaces which are full with people enjoying themselves and lounging in the sunshine. Britain has some of the most fantastic beaches too, with great expanses of golden sands and clear blue sea, they really are worth a visit or holiday. Some of them recently have been awarded Blue Flag Status, which means the water is very clean, so great for swimming (ok they could be a wee bit nippy). So if you are ‘staycationing’ this year, or you fancy a weekend away with no airports involved, why not try a few of the best beaches that the UK has got to offer. There are plenty up and down the country, so you should find one local to you.
Some of our favourites are Aberdour Silver Sands in Fife, Whitley Bay in the North East, Scarborough North Bay in Yorkshire, Mablethorpe beach in Lincolnshire, Clacton on Sea & Martello Bay in Essex, West Wittering Beach in West Sussex, Sandbanks Peninsular in Dorset and Abersoch in Wales.
If you want to look postcard perfect then don’t forget to pack your Bravissimo swimsuit, you will look fabulous in the Wish You Were Here Swimsuit by Letters from Evie. It has that fifties look, which is very on trend this summer, featuring a halter neck but also can be worn strapless and it has hidden tummy control. You could accessorise with white jeans, a little cardi and pumps for later in afternoon. Check out more Blue Flag Beaches at http://www.blueflag.org/

So this week saw one of the biggest nights in the ‘oh no not more TV awards’ calendar, the Soap Awards. However we love The Soap Awards here at Bravissimo, firstly because they look like they are having a right giggle and secondly because the fashion is so much more accessible than other big awards ceremonies like The Baftas or The Oscars. Yes, we love those events because of the sheer glamour and star quality, but our favourite soap stars dressing up to the nines for the night is much more fun. So let’s look at who got it very right on the night and who needs to sack the stylist.
Katherine Kelly (Becky from Corrie) looked stunning in a grey and yellow one-shouldered draped dress with a high split.
Jennifer Metcalfe (Mercedes from Hollyoaks) wore a black pantsuit, it was definitely show stopping but a bit too revealing, the trousers were too wide and too short, they would have looked more elegant, had they been tapered and longer.
Jessie Wallace (Kat in Eastenders) looked very glamorous in a white flowing, Grecian inspired dress with an encrusted jewelled neckpiece. Her accessories, makeup and hair, fit perfectly with the dress, nicely understated for such a statement dress.
Alison King (Carla in Corrie), wore a long tunic style kaftan, it wasn’t the best choice, Alison has got a great figure and this dress was shapeless and hid her body, it also looked quite beachy.
Shobna Gulati (Sunita in Corrie) should probably get another stylist, this outfit looked like she was attending a fancy dress party as a flamenco dancer! The tulle skirt was too big and fussy, the bolero looked like a bad eighties mistake and the pink shoes were not needed.
Jo Joyner (Tanya in EastEnders) hit the right note and wore a simple black fitted wrap body con dress, which flattered her bigger boobs brilliantly, she accessorised it with nude heels and gold clutch, her hair was just left natural and tousled and she looked radiant with a light tan.
If you’re attending a glitzy event this summer, and want to get the right look, browse our Pepperberry Evening Dress range and you’ll be sure to add a touch of elegance to the occasion.

A hot topic of discussion in the Bravissimo office today, which came about because of the beautiful weather we have been having, was, ‘What exactly do us Bravissimo girls wear to work or to do the school run, in this kind of heat?’ Shorts are a tricky option, sometimes best left for boy scouts or footballers, maxi dresses are great for the beach or a summer party but can be impractical for driving or getting on and off trains, and trousers – too hot! The best option is a really easy-to-wear dress, which can be dressed up or down with a smart linen blazer or colourful cardi. And the humble dress can be accessorised in a whole host of ways, changing the look entirely.
Pepperberry, (Bravissimo’s new clothing label), has some great dresses that would definitely fit the bill. Pepperberry’s range is designed with your boobs in mind, so no more having to buy two dress sizes too big just to fit your boobs! The very easy-to wear, Ditsy Floral Dress is a great little tea dress and to go from day to night, if your having drinks after work, you could wear with leggings, ballets flats and a denim jacket (check out Pepperberry’s Stretch Denim Blazer).
One of Pepperberry’s new arrivals is the Ikat Print Dress, it’s a light cotton dress in a warm ethnic print, and the clever part is the tabs on the straps that attach to your bra. Try accessorising with Bravissimo’s Wooden Necklace and Bracelet for daytime and to glam up for a night out, accessorise with the Chain Necklace and Gold Cuff.
If you are after a very wearable jersey dress then the new Mint Swirl Dress, in a tropical floral print, could be your summer staple and it will stay looking fabulous all day long. You can accessorise with the Glass Bead Bracelet and Glass Bead Necklace in colbalt and for a cover up when it gets a bit cooler, the Deep Rib Cardigan in magenta. Also new from Pepperberry makes a great contrast with the blues of the dress, grab the lovely Tassel Slouch Bag in coral to finish off the look.

There is more than a hint of bygone eras when you look the spring/summer 2011 collections, from fifties flirty dresses, polka dots and sorbet colours to seventies maxi dresses in tribal or animal prints. So how does this translate into swimwear? Here at Bravissimo we have some great fifties and seventies inspired bikinis in our range and if the month of April is anything to go by, we could be in for a hot summer. If you are lucky enough to be jetting off somewhere nice for a couple of weeks, good for you! There’s plenty of swimwear in the Bravissimo sale, so nobody has to miss out on looking gorgeous on the beach.
The Panama Plunge Bikini Top by Pureda in monochrome stripes and spots is perfect for highlighting those fabulous curves, with uplift and plunge, it offers support but really flatters the boobs, and there are two different styles of matching briefs also available with the Panama.
Another fifties inspired bikini is the Ibiza Bikini Top by Fantasie, in black with pink dots, it’s balconette in style, which as all Bravissimo girls know is a great style for bigger boobs. To complete the retro look you can buy the bikini short, it’s a wider style pant, with adjustable ties at the side, if you require more coverage, but it still looks bang on trend.
The Gingham Bikini Top by Miss Mandalay is pure Marilyn Monroe, with its cute ruffle along the neck edge and in one of this season’s hottest colours – tangerine. This bikini top gives great cleavage without being too revealing and the matching shorts are so cute with the matching ruffle, a fun and fabulous bikini!
If you prefer the more bohemian style then take a look at the Morocco Mix Triangle Bikini Top by Free, its seventies inspired, with Moroccan print and covered beads decorating the top straps. It is wire free, soft and comfortable and also has a choice of two briefs, but if you want to go for the full seventies look, then opt for the string tie bikini briefs.
Still with the seventies, the Tassia Bandeau Bikini Top by Masquerade Beachwear is a tribal inspired bikini. It is glamorous and sexy and will definitely make waves on the beach. It features animal print, a trend that repeats continually. The top is bandeau style, underwired and features a beaded halterneck, which is a lovely detail, it also offers a little extra support. The bikini briefs with side rings and beads really complement this bikini top.
So whether you are hitting the sands of the Seychelles or the pebbles of Brighton hopefully we have given you plenty of ideas to make a bit of a splash.

Swimwear got sassy this season with more great styles, fab new prints and plenty of choice to suit any taste, we can’t wait to hit the beach! Our gorgeous retro inspired polka dot bikini will turn heads on the beach or by the pool this summer. The Ibiza bikini by Fantasie screams summer holiday fun, the balconette shape will keep you supported whilst frolicking in the sea, sunbathing or sipping chilled margaritas. Complete the retro look with matching fold over briefs or go for tie side briefs and choose the amount of coverage you prefer.
We think you’ll be hula-ing down the beach in the Pink Hibiscus bikini by Free. This stunning halterneck bikini top has ruched sides so you can adjust the fullness of the cups. Wear with tie side briefs to bring out the hip shaking hula goddess in you! (This print is also available in a tankini style). Miss Mandalay brings a spot of sailor chic to the beach with the Harbour Bikini. This fabulous nautical inspired bikini creates a boob uplifting effect with its chevron stripes whilst the plunge shape turns an optical effect into a real boob boosting effect.
The Azure Tankini by Pour Moi is the perfect alternative to a bikini. The tankini top has cups that are similar in shape to a bikini style top but has extra coverage for those who prefer to leave a little more to the imagination. This style looks great worn with tie side briefs that match the top’s tie detail centre and the striking ocean blue colour is bang on trend for the season. Love the colour? This style is also available in a bikini version.
If you prefer to wear a swimsuit then we’d recommend the Isla Swimsuit by lepel. This colourful swimsuit provides great coverage without compromising on style. The bandeau style and keyhole front create a glamorous look. Wear with or without the halterneck strap for a fun, glam and sexy swimsuit perfect for the pool, beach or simply basking in the sunshine.

The final fashion week was held in Paris and boy did they pack a lot in! The fashion capital had stunning collections which featured soft tailoring, maxi skirts and dresses, print-a-plenty, lace, colour blocking and tartan to name but a few trends on the catwalk of a city that is famous for its style.
In Paris, as in the other cities, all over black was a strong trend. However, Paris being Paris there had to be twist and that came in the form of top-to-toe white outfits to contradict the black seen throughout the A/W 2011 catwalks elsewhere. White is the norm for summer collections but practically unheard of for winter ones as we don’t know anyone who can wear white in winter without it quickly turning grey. The Bravissimo office included; we’re much more likely to try the all over black trend, it will probably also involve less washing! The key to getting this trend right is to contrast textures; woolly cardigans, fury jumpers, silk tops, denim and leather can all be combined to create a dark and interesting look with a bit of a rock chick edge. Try layering your favourite black dress with a black textured cardigan and black leather jacket or coat.
From Paris Fashion Week we have learned that we will be getting more wear out of our maxi skirts and maxi dresses than we first thought, which is a bonus, whatever we wear it should be black, harsh edges are out, soft feminine tailoring is in and that we will be able to get at least one more season out of our tartan pieces. We will still however always wonder how on earth Parisienne ladies look so chic. How do they do it?!

Milan had a ladylike feel with country looks made up with tweeds, furs and silk heads scarves which created a demure and sophisticated look. We think we’d potentially adopt some stylish tweed and maybe even a silk scarf but we’ll wear it around our necks as opposed to around our heads to keep the look modern. Our Herringbone Tweed dress is just what the fashion doctor ordered and will benefit your wallet as well as your wardrobe as it’s now in the sale at £17.50!!!
It’s great to see more wearable clothes on the catwalk and outfits that we can actually picture ourselves wearing. The 1950’s has influenced our way of dressing for many years so it’s good to see flattering 50’s A-line skirts and feminine styles still going strong. Our 1950’s wrap dress hits two trends in one and will keep you ahead of the game in the fashion stakes with its fabulous bell shape and layered black chiffon material.
From the classy to the fun, Milan had it all, as a stark contrast to rural ladylike chic there was the fun young urban fur wearer. We’re talking bright blue fur adorned sleeves, all over fur dresses and trim detailing. On the catwalk the look was a little too Cookie Monster for our liking but in more neutral colours and less obvious places, we think we could wrapping up in fur of the faux variety more than ever next season.
Polka dots were also present on the run way with a vintage feel to them. Think a 1950’s A-line skirt worn with a cute polka dot top to get this look right. Our fabulous polka dot top will look great worn with an A-line or pencil skirt and also looks fab with jeans and more casual outfits. Team this top with navy for a cool spring look and get bit of red, white and blue into your wardrobe.
